Ryan McGinley

I went to see this guy's exhibition in London a few weeks ago, and I still can't get over how amazing his pictures were. I've fallen in love with all of his images from his two collections : "Moonmilk" and "I Know Where The Summer Goes". The Parsons School of Design graduate who hails from New Jersey was inspired by the novels of Jules Verne. He followed a group of young adults throughout the stunning caves of north America, photographing them nude against the beautiful geological background for his "Moonmilk" exhibition. For his "I Know Where The Summer Goes" exhibition, he captured the vitality and freedom of youth, through his once again naked images of a group of friends in the sprawling countryside. His pictures are so beautiful and laidback. He also took the amazing images of Agyness Deyn free-falling from a Manhattan fire escape for Pop Magazine ( the one's where she was left covered in bruises...nice! )
